1.1. A person who is not engaged in economic or professional activity (the buyer) has the right to file a claim with IVM Agency OÜ if the product does not comply with the terms of the contract (the product is defective) within 2 (two) years from the date the product was transferred. The claim must be submitted promptly, but no later than 2 (two) months from the date the defect was discovered. If a defect is found, the buyer must take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the product, including not using the defective product if its use would further worsen the condition of the product.
1.2. In the case of a legal entity, the warranty period established by the manufacturer applies. IVM Agency OÜ is not responsible for a product defect if the buyer engaged in economic or professional activity has not immediately informed IVM Agency OÜ of the defect after its discovery.
1.3. The period for filing a claim begins from the moment the product is transferred from the seller to the buyer. The warranty applies to the first user of the product.
1.4. If a product defect is discovered that makes it impossible to continue using the vehicle, the buyer is obligated to stop using the vehicle to avoid further damage and notify the issue by email to info@mytyre.ee.
1.5. The decision to replace a defective part is made by the seller based on consultations with the manufacturer of the part or its authorized representative within a reasonable period.
1.6. The seller has the right to disassemble the defective product to determine the cause of the failure or order an independent expert examination.
1.7. Warranty for electrical parts is considered only based on a diagnostic report.
